Overview

Crush Your Filters and Save Thousands

By having a top-notch oil crusher you’ll be able to reduce shop costs while you earn a profit. To maximize its money-making potential, Ranger has kept the RP-30FCH simple to use, and extremely powerful. Anyone who runs a quick-lube or full-service auto shop knows that the residual oil that gets stuck in oil filters is like liquid gold. Any successful shop wouldn’t want to let this stuff go, and they have a plan to use it wisely for a profit. Used oil can be repurposed, recycled, or refined. This eliminates disposal fees while increasing your bottom line. The oil filter casings can be recycled as scrap metal. It’s also worth noting that it’s illegal to dispose of oily, uncrushed filters without incurring heavy fines from both state and federal governments.

The RP-30FCH is capable of delivering 15 tons of crushing power. Most oil filters can be easily smashed down to hockey pucks in a matter of seconds. As long as the uncrushed filter fits in the crushing chamber, there’s an extremely high likelihood that the RP-30FCH will be draining out that oil in no time at all, converting your hazardous-waste oil filters into legally recyclable metal. This crusher can crush oil filters down to 20% of their original size while removing up to 95% of any remaining oil from the filter. A large, rugged stand permits the use of oil storage drums up to 55 gallons.

With the RP-30FCH delivers the essentials. Manually operated machinery is often preferred due to its simplicity and overall dependability. Its two-way handle permits lowering and raising of the crushing block; and releasing the handle immediately stops all operations. To further ensure user safety, a built in, spring-loaded shutoff switch is depressed when the chamber door is closed. If, by chance, the door opens, the switch will cut electrical connectivity to the crusher and operations will cease immediately. Plus, the RP-30FCH oil filter crusher sports a see-through fiberglass window, giving operators a chance to safely watch all crushing operations in real-time.
