Dependable design

The HD-7W comes equipped with four stainless steel wire ropes, as well as a lone hydraulic cylinder that remains tucked underneath the runway. This powerful cylinder ensures that you’ll get a super-durable design that requires minimal maintenance over time.

Dual-hub wire rope sheaves

The HD-7W has larger wire rope sheaves prevent undue wear-and-tear on the four-post lift’s axles, wire rope and even the sheaves themselves. BendPak uses dual-hub and oversized sheaves because they provide a safer product that will last a long time and cost less to maintain. The larger the sheave, the less friction against the components, so BendPak makes every single sheave larger than necessary. More often than not, the bigger the lift, the bigger the sheave.

Multi-level locking positions

With the HD-7W, parking and service height is entirely up to you. Every few inches, the columns will automatically lock into place; all you need to do is simply lower the runways onto the lock as they move over it. Push-button controls will release all four locks together.

Secondary safety locks

This lift includes a secondary lock system which acts as a slack-cable that will catch the runways and keep your vehicle level if dangerous cable slack ever develops. The HD-7W will not be operational until you solve the issue.

Heavy-duty aircraft wire rope

The extremely powerful stainless steel wire ropes are rated at 14,400 lbs. each. These cables completely deserve the title of “aircraft quality”. Combined, the cables have a rating which is more than 822% of the entire lift’s maximum lifting capacity, and all wire rope is safely enclosed within the lift structure.

Electric-hydraulic power system

Caster kit

A sturdy, 4-piece caster kit will get your lift mobile, so you can easily get it out of the way for other service jobs or to simply park your vehicles in a different area in your garage. The foot-lock casters work with or without a vehicle raised on the runways.

Integrated design

The critical lifting components (e.g., airlines, safety latches and wire rope sheaves) are all completely enclosed within the columns of the lift.

Low-deck runways

The HD-7W features low-profile, 4.5” high runways which make it incredibly simple to load vehicles onto the lift. By having lower runways you’ll have less time driving up the approach ramps, resulting in a safer, easier approach.

Longer approach ramps

The overall effectiveness of the lowered runways is bolstered by the gentle approach ramps that won’t damage low-riding vehicles.
