With this bundle you’ll receive the lift, and a 7,000 lb. capacity rolling bridge jack, as well as an integrated rolling bridge airline which you can use to mount and secure your airline to the bottom of your lift’s runways.
Overview
HDS-14SLX
The high-quality HDS-14LSX can handle up to 14,000 lbs. and pulls double duty as both a car lift and an alignment system. BendPak has integrated industrial-strength slip plates and turn plates right into the runways to optimize convenience.
The HDS-14LSX includes multi-caster slip plates in the back and turn plates in the front which allow for extremely precise, free-floating alignment.
By having dual, recessed turn plate pockets, you’ll be able to position the corrosion-resistant, galvanized plates in the spot where they’ll be best suited for individual vehicle positioning. With these turn plates, you’ll have far more clearance for equipment installations.
This alignment lift from BendPak comes equipped with robust 10.5” diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes and 2.25” diameter sheave axles that are equally durable. All of this contributes to the longevity and low-maintenance cost that comes with owning and operating this lift.
A ½” diameter 6 x 25 aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each of the four columns. They have been engineered for non-stop use and are completely resistant to rubbing and other abrasions such as weather, chemicals, and hydraulic oil.
Everyone is different, so naturally locking positions should take that into account. You don’t want your technicians working in uncomfortable situations, and that is why BendPak has designed their lift to have different locking positions every few inches. Now you can get the alignment lift at your ideal height.
Grease fittings come standard on all BendPak lifts. Since you’re already focusing on the alignment of your wheels, you shouldn’t have to worry about making sure your cable sheaves are constantly lubricated. BendPak also makes it easy to keep an eye on your grease nipples, which very rarely require maintenance. All you need to do is peek inside the structure before, during, or after using your lift to check out how the fittings are doing.
It is extremely likely that you’ll never experience a hose rupture; but if you do, you’ll be happy to have the HDS-14LSX with its hydraulic flow divider. It’ll provide a safe, even descent, thereby keeping your alignment lift structure safe and ready to go after you take care of the situation.
As the alignment lift rises to your preferred service level, springs will engage the locks into place at each ladder position. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’re safe to lift, even if there’s a slight slope in your garage.
A user-friendly push-button pneumatic lock release makes lowering operations quick and easy. Since this lift is sporting aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders, you’ll be able to get years of trouble-free service out of your lift.
You won’t have to worry about getting your vehicle up on these ramps. The longer ramps make it easier than ever to load low ground-clearance vehicles onto the car lift structure. Alignments on these kinds of vehicles are no issue, and larger vehicles can glide on just as easily.
RJ7W
The RJ7W is a 7,000 lb. capacity rolling bridge jack which was made for the HDS-14 series four-post lift. Every rolling jack comes complete with three safety-lock positions and stackable pad adapters to provide added clearance when needed. Easy to use, and easy to activate by using the conveniently placed foot pedal.
Suspension rigs and vehicle bodies sit at different heights above the ground, which means that the RJ7W will need rubber contact pads with stackable adapters. Now you’ll be able to reach the lift points without sacrificing how much rise you’ll be able to get out of the jack. The adapters work on virtually every vehicle type; all you need to know is whether the RJ7W is the right jack for you.
The RJ7W rolling bridge jack has a single, air-hydraulic pump which has been fitted to its side. Your car lift has its own electric-hydraulic system which runs independent of your jack’s. After you connect the air line to the jack, which needs 125 PSI and 10-2-CFM, you can activate the jack with an easy-to-use foot pedal.
You always want your operators to work in comfort, and that’s why BendPak has designed the RJ7W to have multiple lock levels. The rolling bridge jacks can be lifted to three different positions, and lock automatically as the jack rises and release together as the jack descends. The car lift operations are separate from those of the bridge jack.
Airline Kit
BendPak’s Airline Kit comes with adapter fittings that will allow you to connect airlines to your rolling bridge jack air/hydraulic pumps. Once the fittings installed, you’ll only need one hose to provide air for both of your rolling bridge jacks.
