Overview
HDSO14AX
BendPak’s HDSO14AX is a high-quality open-front alignment lift which can easily handle 14,000 lbs. With its intuitive “open” design, it’s easier than ever to access the front turn plates as well as the undercarriage. This alignment lift is equipped with front turn plates and rear slip plates which are built directly into the runways. When using this lift, wheels will respond to any adjustment with no resistance.
This alignment lift comes with rear-facing multi-caster slip plates and front-facing turn plates which allow for precise, free-floating alignment. It also includes top-of-the-line turnplates which feature an aluminum-alloy construction which can easily be positioned using BendPak’s turn plate pockets. These plates are larger and more robust than previous designs, and these turnplates are lighter in construction and feature dual “popsicle gap stops” for added convenience. The angled steel lock pins will be able to hold the plate in place if you find yourself wanting to use your lift strictly for maintenance or storage purposes.
When going with a BendPak lift, you’ll find that their strong lifts include durable, oversized 10.5” diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes, as well as 2.25” diameter sheave axles. With these high-quality components, your car lift will be running as efficiently as possible for a good long time.
Four aircraft quality steel cables run within the columns. They’re legitimately the ultimate standard for high-quality cable construction and safe lifting. The HDSO14AX features multiple locking heights which will allow your mechanics of varying heights to be able to work comfortably. Thanks to the open-front design, virtually anyone will be able to go underneath, no matter their height.
Not leaving anything to chance, this lift includes a backup lock system which will kick in in the event that cable slack is detected. Were this to occur, the cable would be immediately “grabbed”, and the entire operation would cease immediately.
It’s easier to load low ground-clearance vehicles, thanks to the long approach ramps. It’s so easy in fact that you will never scratch up the bottom of your car or struggle with the gas pedal to give enough gas, assuming you aren’t shooting onto the ramp at unsafe speeds.
3DP4100R
The Target 3DPro™ is among the fastest and most accurate wheel alignment systems available in the industry. Thanks to advanced imaging technology, the device is able to deliver fast and accurate alignments. A graphic display is used along with high-definition cameras that will provide visual and directional assistance.
This wheel aligner from Ranger features a design with a streamlined appearance which utilizes an ultra-fast PC stick instead of a larger computer. This memory stick takes up essentially no space on the aligner. Its compact, durable design will greatly reduce the chance of damage possibly occurring to the processor. The new interface is Ranger’s fastest and most reliable hardware/software integration ever.
The Advanced 3DPro™ Imaging Aligner System increases productivity by allowing technicians to do more wheel alignments in less time compared to conventional systems. This wheel aligner is perfect for wheel service repair shops which are constantly handling a large volume of wheel alignments, and especially for those looking to see a dramatic increase in profitability. Ranger has also integrated Deep Freeze™ Reboot-to-Restore Technology so you’ll be able to preserve the computer configuration at all times. All changes, either malicious or unintentional, will be reversed on reboot. This means that your Ranger wheel aligner will be protected against data loss and viruses, accidental power disconnects, etc. Every computer reboot restores the computer to its original OEM configuration. Deep Freeze literally makes the aligner software practically indestructible, and it’ll guarantee 100% recovery upon restart.
RJ7W
The RJ7W is a 7,000 lb. capacity rolling bridge jack which was made for the HDS-14 series four-post lift. Every rolling jack comes complete with three safety-lock positions and stackable pad adapters to provide added clearance when needed.
One of BendPak’s most popular series of four-post car lifts is the HDS-14. This series is perfect for lifting medium-duty vehicles, as well as low-stance sports cars. It features extended approach ramps which make it incredibly easy to safely engage your vehicle’s wheels, but what do you do when it’s time for a tire swap? You could move your vehicle to a two-post lift, or you could simply use a pair of RJ7W rolling bridge jacks to lift up the vehicle.
This rolling bridge comes equipped with easy-roll wheels which can easily fit onto the runway channels on standard four-post lift models with 14,000 lbs. or greater lifting capacity. With it, you’ll be able to receive an effortless gliding along the runways for easy positioning and adjustability. BendPak has designed their rolling bridge jack rollers with hardened stainless-steel and had them zinc plated for maximum durability.
Suspension rigs and vehicle bodies sit at different heights above the ground, which means that the RJ7W will need rubber contact pads with stackable adapters. Now you’ll be able to reach the lift points without sacrificing how much rise you’ll be able to get out of the jack. The adapters will work on virtually every vehicle type; all you need to know is whether the RJ7W is the right jack for you.
The RJ7W rolling bridge jack has a single, air-hydraulic pump which has been fitted to the side of your RJ7W rolling bridge jack. Your car lift has its own electric-hydraulic system which runs independent of your jack’s. After you connect the air line to the jack, which needs 125 PSI and 10-2- CFM, you’ll be able to activate the jack with an easy-to-use foot pedal.
You always want your operators to work in complete comfort, and that’s why BendPak has designed the RJ7W to have multiple lock levels. The rolling bridge jacks can be lifted to three different positions, and lock automatically as the jack rises and release together as the jack descends. The car lift operations are separate from those of the bridge jack.
