We’re committed to providing our customers with the best value for their money. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a competitor, we’ll match that price. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you’re getting the best deal possible.

The Wrenchers Price Match Guarantee applies to identical, in-stock products available for purchase at both our store and the competitor’s store. The product must be of the same brand, model, size, color, and specifications to qualify for a price match. We’ll match the price of a product only with reputable competitors within our geographic area. Competitors must have a physical retail store or an online presence that sells and delivers within the same geographic region. Exclusions may apply. By making a purchase and requesting a price match, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to provide you with the best possible value while maintaining fair business practices.

1. Eligibility: Our Price Match Guarantee applies to identical, in-stock products available for purchase at both our store and the competitor's store. The product must be of the same brand, model, size, color, and specifications to qualify for a price match.

2. Competitor Qualifications: We will match the price of a product only with reputable competitors within our geographic area. The competitor's store must be a legitimate business and an authorized reseller of the product in question. Only current advertisements from established and reputable businesses will be considered for price matching. Fraudulent websites advertising ridiculously low prices do not qualify. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of the competitor's business and their authorization status as a reseller. Competitors must have a physical retail store or an online presence that sells and delivers within the same geographic region.

3. Exclusions: The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to clearance, closeout, refurbished, open-box, pre-owned, damaged, or defective products. It also does not apply to services, bundled offers, special promotions, third-party sellers on online marketplaces, or pricing errors.

4. Proof of Competitor's Price: To request a price match, customers must provide valid proof of the lower price from the competitor. This can include a print advertisement, a screenshot from a reputable website, or an official quote or invoice from the competitor.

5. Time Limit: Price match requests must be submitted at the time of purchase or within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. We will not retroactively price match after the purchase is completed.

6. Price Adjustment: If a valid price match request is approved, the price of the product will be adjusted to match the competitor's price before applicable taxes and fees. Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

7. Quantity Limits: The Price Match Guarantee is limited to one price match per identical product per customer.

8. Manager's Discretion: Our store reserves the right to approve or deny any price match request at our sole discretion. We may also consider factors such as shipping costs, availability, and any additional services offered by the competitor.

9. Geographic Limitations: Price matching may be limited to specific geographic areas, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee for specific products or regions at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Price Match Guarantee or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
