Overview
This high-quality strut compressor from QSP makes easy work of changing struts, springs, and strut components. This reliable tool is intended for today’s safety-conscious shops which feature adjustable and extra strong clamps. The DB-8000-XL can quickly, easily, and safely compress and remove springs for replacement and repair of strut components. This tool can handle the heaviest of “coil over shocks”.
You’ll be able to keep all your tools conveniently nearby with the handy tool storage tray. Single and double clamps are interchangeable to meet any position of the coils. It offers perfect grip every time. The safety Microswitch will prevent the compressor from operating if the guard is not correctly positioned. The lower support plate will support the strut when the upper cap is unscrewed, which will prevent the strut from falling, this allows you to have full use of both hands.
