Meet One of Our Most Popular and Versatile Lifts
A four-post lift is a marvel of engineering. A lot of measures must be taken to produce optimal performance. To reduce strain on the columns and provide ample lifting security at all times, BendPak used some of the most durable stainless lifting cables, as well as the single hydraulic cylinder, to provide an incredibly powerful and smooth lift operation. With proper use, this lift will perform just as well as it does now in ten years. The HD-9 offers the most variety in BendPak’s lineup of four-post lifts, mainly because most vehicles serviced by shops weigh less than 9,000 lbs. However if you need to lift heavier vehicles, BendPak still has you covered. For the majority however, the HD-9 Series will hit the sweet spot for its powerful lifting, compact design, and product value. The HD-9 is CE approved and Certified.
Dual-hub cable sheaves
This is an example of BendPak going the extra mile for their customers. Their dual-hub cable sheaves are more expensive to manufacture, but are worth the cost for the safety they provide. They are necessary to prevent axles, sheaves, and cables from burning out before they should. It will keep your lift in tip top shape.
Multi-level locking positions
Technicians come in a variety of heights, so naturally lifts should have a variety of locking heights. The HD-9 can safely lock your four-post lift at varied heights that will keep your technicians from crouching or reaching uncomfortably to perform auto maintenance. If the vehicle is being raised for parking purposes, the variation in heights will definitely come in handy depending on how you stack vehicles.
Heavy-duty aircraft cable
Each four-post lift comes with four lifting cables that are made from superior-grade stainless steel. Each individual cable is rated to handle 14,400 lbs. This makes their combined rating over 640% of the total capacity. These cables are hidden within the post columns for both the safety and overall streamlined look of the lift. Everyone wants a clean setup.
Electric-hydraulic power system
Don’t worry about having to perform maintenance on your electric-hydraulic power systems! The controls are all within reach, giving you the ability to stop, start, and reverse your four-post lift on a dime.
Large base plates
10” x 12” base plates keep your car lift rooted in place for as long as you own it. Just make sure the ground is level beforehand and you’ll be good to go.
Caster kit
If you’re looking to turn your stationary lift into a mobile parking and service station you may want to think about checking out BendPak’s caster kit. You can even leave a car on top while you move it.
Integrated design
All lifting cables, airlines, safety latches and sheaves are routed internally throughout the car lift. Not only is this a crucial safety feature, it also significantly adds to the visual appeal of the lift.
Low-deck runways
BendPak keeps their runways to a low 4.5”, so low-stance chassis can be comfortably driven onto the lift.
Longer approach ramps
Not only does BendPak keep their runways low, they also extend them as far as they can. This better suits the lifting of sports cars and other low-standing vehicles.
